Thank you.

Stayed May 2021

The cottage was located in an unspoilt area and surrounded by wildlife of all types. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
We do hope to return.

Stayed 21st to 24th May 2021

We had a fabulous weekend break at Blades Cottage. The cottage is beautifully presented with breathtaking views from every window some of which are deep enough to sit and watch the wildlife and ever changing landscape.
Following a day walking and visiting the local sites it is the perfect retreat to cosy up with a glass of wine.
We will definitely be back.

Stayed 14th to 21st May 2021

Thank you so much for the pleasure of using your beautiful cottage, a home from home, & thank you for such a lovely welcome hamper. We have enjoyed great walks, beautiful scenery and the nature, especially the short eared owl that greeted us.

We had a great time at Blades Cottage and I would definitely recommend a stay. It’s great for anyone looking for a break away from it all. The cottage is beautiful, cosy and clean. It’s perfect and well looked after. The location is amazing, so peaceful. There’s lovely walks around the area and it was also nice to sit, relax and watch the sheep. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely cottage in a perfect setting with the added bonus of ideal weather. Great walks from the cottage and also Keld and Muker. Recommend eating at Farmers Arms. For a full day out the Littondale- Langstrothdale walk is a good drive as well as a great walk.

Stayed 13th April to 18th April 2021

First people here since lockdown and our second stay in this lovely cottage. This time we went to Hardraw Falls, Ingleton Fells, Bolton Castle and Jervaulx Abbey. Still plenty to do next time we come!
